Vet Advises To Share Your Food With Pupper To Keep Him Healthy

”If you wanted to feed things that you’re preparing for a meal, cooked meats, cooked carbohydrates, cooked vegetables, raw vegetables, those are all very good things to feed,” Dr. Tufaro told Business Insider.

Personally, I do not stick to just dog food myself. My dogs get a dose of meat, fruits and veggies sans the spices that is unhealthy for them.

Should you decide to add human food into your dog’s diet, do not forget to research which ones are healthy and which are actually bad for them. Foods like grapes, onions, chocolate, and sugars like xylitol are not only bad, but deadly to your dog.

What do you think about Dr. Tufaro’s take on dog’s diet? Do you agree?
